XtimatePro ("we", "our", or "us") is a product of LogicSystemIQ LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our software.

Information we collect

Account information: business name, license number (optional), your name, work email, phone number, password (hashed), preferred language.
Customer information you input: property addresses, homeowner contact info, insurance carrier, claim numbers, policy numbers, adjuster contact info.
Project content: estimates, line items, photos, signatures, deposit records.
Payment information: processed by Stripe. We never store your full credit card number on our servers.
Usage data: page views, feature usage, IP address, browser/device, language preference, time zone.

How we use it

To operate, secure, and improve the software.
To process subscription payments and customer deposits.
To send transactional emails (sign links, deposit receipts, account notifications) and product updates.
To respond to support requests.
To comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Stripe — payment processing.
Supabase — database hosting (US region).
Amazon Web Services (S3 + CloudFront) — file and dashboard hosting.
Hostinger — marketing website hosting + email delivery infrastructure.
Twilio / SendGrid — SMS and transactional email delivery (where applicable).

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Active accounts: we retain data while your subscription is active. Cancelled accounts: data is accessible for 60 days then permanently purged from our database and file storage. Audit logs of account status changes are retained indefinitely for accounting and compliance.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information at any time by emailing support@xtimatepro.com.
