Terms of Service

By creating an XtimatePro account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service

XtimatePro provides software for creating estimates, collecting signatures, processing deposits, and exporting documents for residential contractor businesses. LogicSystemIQ LLC operates the service.

2. Account & billing

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually. Cancel anytime via the dashboard or by emailing support@xtimatepro.com — billing stops at the end of the current period. Refunds are not issued for partial periods.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. After the trial, the plan you selected begins billing unless you cancel.

4. Your content

You own all estimates, line items, photos, signatures, and customer data you input. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and serve that content to operate the service. We do not use your content to train AI models or sell to third parties.

5. Customer payments

Customer deposits are processed through Stripe and routed to your connected Stripe account. XtimatePro does not take a cut of customer deposit payments. Stripe's standard processing fees apply (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). XtimatePro is not a financial institution and is not party to the contractor-customer transaction.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the service to commit fraud, (b) upload malicious code, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the service, (d) impersonate another contractor or business, (e) use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages.

7. Cancellation & data retention

You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, your account remains accessible for 60 days, during which you can export your data. After 60 days, all account data, photos, and documents are permanently deleted. We retain a record of the account's existence and billing history for accounting/compliance.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee that estimates generated by the service will be accepted by any insurance carrier or adjuster. PDF export, electronic signature, and deposit collection are tools — legal acceptance of these artifacts in your specific business context is your responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LogicSystemIQ LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
